Failed videos
If a generation fails or times out, we return the video credit automatically. We do not submit the same job again on our own.
Cash refunds
If you were charged and did not receive the credits, or a failed video did not return the credit, email support@bicepheart.fun within 14 days and we will refund the unused charge. A video that was delivered is a completed digital good.
How refunds hit the account
A Stripe refund removes the credits from that charge, down to zero. Credits you already spent stay spent.
