Privacy
What we collect
An email, a password hash or a Google sign-in id, the photo you submit, the video we make, payment status from Stripe, and basic visit events (page, referrer, and campaign tags). We do not store a device fingerprint.
Photos and videos
The photo stays in your browser until you generate. Then we store it, and the finished video, in private object storage. Both are deleted within 30 days. Payment records may remain longer because we need them for refunds and accounting.
Payments
Stripe processes the card. We store the amount, the pack, and the payment id. We do not store the card number.
Cookies
We set a visitor cookie, a session cookie, an account cookie, and a signed intro-price cookie so the price on the page matches the charge. You can clear them in the browser. Clearing them can start a new intro-price window on this device.
Analytics
When a Google Analytics measurement id is configured, the site loads gtag. Google can receive the pages you open, the referrer, a truncated IP address, and a general browser and device type, and it may set its own cookies. We use that to see which pages are used. We do not sell the data. You can turn this off by blocking cookies from Google in your browser settings, by rejecting or blocking the googletagmanager.com script, or by using your browser's privacy controls. A device we have marked as our own is left out of both this measurement and our own visit counts.
